Dr. Sanford Blecker founded the oral surgery practice in 1972, and the practice was located on the corner of 75th and Main street for about 30 years. Dr. Howard Ochs joined the practice in 1998, and in 2003 they purchased the office on 164th street. The present office at 70-15 164th steet was completely renovated, and all new equiptment was installed including Digital Imaging for Panorex and periapical films. The office has been inspected by New York State and is approved for delivery of intravenous sedation (twilight sleep).
